A ruffled young man turns up in Neukölln and visits an old friend - unrecognizable at first as a ghost. The two once lived in the same house. His friend is now working as a broker, and planning to sell the house. The area is changing, becoming ever more gentrified. A group of young people is in search of the "spirit of Neukölln", and of themselves.
